Foreclosure Chart for Judge Kimbler's Courtroom

The chart below shows the number of foreclosure actions assigned to my docket for 2008, 2009, and the first six months of 2010. As you can see, during the first six months of 2010 there has been fewer foreclosures assigned to my docket than during 2009 with the exception of March. This decline could reflect a slowly improving economy, the success of the Federal government's program to have lenders rewrite mortgages, or some combination of the two.
