Medina County Chief Probation Officer Veronica Perry reports that the following probation violation hearings were heard on November 5, 2010, by a visiting judge who was filling in for Judge James Kimbler who is off recovering from surgery:
Jason Moore was found to be in violation of his probation. He was giving nine days in jail with credit for nine days served. He was continued on community control sanctions with the condition that he comply with recommendations made by the Wayne County Common Pleas Court.
Melanie Hatfield entered a denial that she violated the terms and conditions of her supervision. Her case was continued until November 12, 2010. No bond was set.
DeAngelo McCraney was continued on community control sanctions. He was ordered to comply with all recommendations made by the Summit County Adult Probation Department, which is providing courtesy supervision. He must do 40 hours of community service by January 31, 2011. He is ordered to either be in school or employed and he must submit to random drug and alcohol screens.
