Judge Collier's Criminal Docket for August 15, 2011

The following people appeared in court August 15:

Elizabeth Labbe, 25, of Loomis Avenue in Cuyahoga Falls, was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions, with 180 days in jail, on one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony. She also was ordered to pay $863.70 in restitution to the victim.

Elijah White, 30, of Township Road 50 in Sullivan, was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions on one count of Possession of Marijuana, a fifth-degree felony.

James Brentlinger, 55, of Overlook Avenue in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of Possession of Drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for November 14.

David Cherconis, 49, of Lakeview Drive in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of Domestic Violence, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 14.

Jason Claycomb, 40, of Bigelow Drive in Chippewa Lake, pleaded not guilty to two count of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, both of which are fourth-degree felonies. Both charges carry the specification that the defendant has been found guilty of five or more equivalent offenses within the last 20 years. A jury trial is scheduled for September 14.

Jackie Davis, 30, of Shannon Avenue in Barberton, pleaded no contest to one count of Possession of Drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for October 3.

John Donelon, 49, of Royalview Drive in Parma, pleaded not guilty to one count of Non-Support of Dependants, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for November 21.

Andrew Downs, 19, of Sibley Avenue in Columbus, pleaded not guilty to one count of Possession of Cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for November 7.

Sean Flynn, 38, of High Street in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of Domestic Violence, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for October 12.

Michael Gibson, 27, of Shannon Avenue in Barberton, pleaded no contest to one count of Burglary, a third-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for October 3.

Angela Miliano, 23, of Miner Drive in Medina, pleaded no contest to the following charges: one count of Identity Theft, a third-degree felony; one count of Complicity to Commit Misuse of Credit Cards, Elderly; two counts of Forgery; and three counts of Misuse of Credit Cards, Elderly, all of which are fifth-degree felonies. Sentencing is scheduled for October 3.

Ryan Murray, 36, of New York, pleaded not guilty to one count of Receiving Stolen Property, Motor Vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for October 14.

Charles Paine, 19, of Pine Lake Drive in Medina, pleaded guilty to one count of Possession of Crack Cocaine, a fourth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for October 3.
