Judge Collier's Criminal Docket for June 7, 2010

Medina County Prosecutor Dean Holman reports that the following defendants appeared in Judge Collier's court on Monday, June 7, 2010 for criminal cases:

Cindy Arnold, 29, of East Bowman Street in Wooster, was sentenced to two years of community control sanctions, with 90 days in jail, on one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Mary Sanders, 28, of West Sunset Drive in Rittman, was sentenced to two years of community control sanctions, with 30 days in jail, on one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Joseph Bowes, 20, of West North Street in Wadsworth, pleaded no contest to two counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, both of which are fourth-degree felonies. Sentencing is scheduled for July 19.

Elisa Derringer, 42, of Congress Road in Lodi, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 20.

Marie Espie, 23, of Portage Street in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of Obstructing Justice, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 20.

Robert Neura, 44, of Boston Road in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of Trafficking in Cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for July 26.

Shane Powers, 36, of Bronson Street in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of Violation of a Protection Order, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for August 16.

Jerome Santora, 27, of Princeton Drive in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of Trafficking in Marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 20.

Thomas Sawyer, 54, of Beau Bay Boulevard in Chippewa Lake, pleaded not guilty to one count of Corrupting Another with Drugs, a second-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for August 12.

Jessica Spangler, 20, of Vandemark Road in Litchfield, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for July 12.

Samantha Simonik, 22, of Center Road in Clinton, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft of a Check, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 27.

Philip Wadsworth, 21, of Engle Road in Brook Park, pleaded not guilty to one count of Permitting Drug Abuse, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 20.
