Judge Kimbler's Criminal Docket for December 30, 2010

The following people appeared in Judge Kimbler's court on December 30, 2010:

William Brown, 38, of Demorest Road in Columbus, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of Possession of Heroin, a fifth-degree felony. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Robert Dunn, 46, of West 73rd Street in Cleveland, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of Failure to Give Notice of Change of Address, a third-degree felony.

Erin Gebhard, 23, of Maplewood Avenue in Brunswick, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on two counts of Trafficking in Cocaine, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. Her driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Jessica Graham, 25, of Avon Lake Road in Lodi, was sentenced to eight years in prison on the following charges: two counts of Endangering Children, one of which is a second-degree felony and one of which is a third-degree felony; and one count of Felonious Assault, a second-degree felony.

Bernadette Rees, 44, of Greenwich Road in Homerville, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of Trafficking in Drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Danielle Robison, 34, of Seacrest Road in Wooster, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of Trafficking in Crack Cocaine, a fourth-degree felony.

Robert Shattuck, 45, of Stanford Drive in Brunswick, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of Illegal Manufacture of Drugs or Cultivation of Marijuana within the Vicinity of a Juvenile, a fourth-degree felony.

Randall Weekly Jr., 31, of Portage Street in Doylestown, was sentenced to one year in prison on three counts of Breaking and Entering and three counts of Vandalism, all of which are fifth-degree felonies.

Kyle Davisson, 19, of High Street in Lodi, pleaded not guilty to one count of Possession of Heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 8.

Aaron Deems, 30, of South Main Street in West Salem, pleaded not guilty to one count of Possession of Cocaine and one count of Possession of Heroin, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for March 7.

Florin Golet, 36, of Lakeview Drive in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for February 28.
