William C. Beck of 272 N. Pardee Street in Wadsworth, Ohio, entered eight pleas of "no contest" to four counts of Vandalism and four counts of Breaking and Entering. All eight charges were felonies of the fifth degree. Prior to changing his plea to the eight counts, Mr. Beck's attorney, Mr. Russell Buzzilli renewed his motion for intervention in lieu of conviction. Judge Kimbler denied that motion.
After conducing a change of plea hearing, Judge Kimbler found Mr. Beck guilty of all eight counts and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. Judge Kimbler will impose sentence on July 15, 2010. Judge Kimbler continued Mr. Beck's bond pending sentencing.
