The following people appeared in Judge Collier's court on March 28, 2011:
Scot Favorite, 45, of Dover Drive in Medina, was sentenced to three years in prison on two counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, both of which are third-degree felonies. He also was labeled a Tier II Sex Offender and will have to register his address with the county sheriff every 180 days for 25 years.
Timmy Holcomb, 43, of North Buckeye Street in Wooster, was sentenced to two years in prison on one count of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, a third-degree felony.
David Tresidder, 26, of South Hawkins Avenue in Akron, was sentenced to six months in prison on one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony.
Todd Anshutz, 28, of West Prospect Street in Wadsworth, pleaded guilty to one count of Breaking and Entering, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for May 9.
Anthony Heard, 26, of Wolf Avenue in Wadsworth, pleaded guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Drugs, both of which are fourth-degree felonies. Sentencing is scheduled for May 9.
Kim McNutt, 47, of Lafayette Road in Medina, pleaded no contest to one count of Theft of Credit Cards, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for May 9.
Leopold Mlocki, 28, of Kent Drive in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 18.
Mary Moser, 36, of Main Street in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of Burglary, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 11.
Martsin Prokopovich, 20, of New Jersey, pleaded not guilty to one count of Breaking and Entering and one count of Vandalism, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for May 23.
