Judge Kimbler Arraignments for March 4, 2011

Medina County Prosecutor Dean Holman reports that the following defendants were arraigned in Judge Kimbler's courtroom on Friday, March 4, 2011:

Gary Buckingham, 33, of Burbank, pleaded not guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Heroin, one of which is a third-degree felony and one of which is a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 25.

Maurice McNear, 53, of East 85th Street in Cleveland, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft, a fourth-degree felony and one count of Breaking and Entering, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 27.

Joshua Scharfenberg, 27, of Wooster Street in Lodi, pleaded not guilty to one count of Trafficking in a Counterfeit Controlled Substance, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 11.
