Medina County Prosecutor Dean Holman reports that the following people appeared in Judge Collier’s court for criminal cases on January 4, 2010:
Tangela Holcomb, 34, of Lafayette, Indiana, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of Possession of Marijuana, third-degree felony.
Zachary Randa, 24, of Barres Road in North Ridgeville, was sentenced to three years in prison on one count of Burglary, a second-degree felony.
Nicholas Biniak, 30, of state Route 44 in Hartville, pleaded not guilty to one count of Tampering with Evidence, a third-degree felony, and one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 14.
Ken Finan, 34, of West Clifton Boulevard in Lakewood, pleaded not guilty to one count of Trafficking in Marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. The charge carries a forfeiture specification. A jury trial is scheduled for April 12.
Brian Sullivan, 36, of Hemlock Court in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of Burglary, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 12.
