Judge Kimbler Decision Published by Ohio Supreme Court

Judge Kimbler's decision in the case of Citibank v. Kovach, 157 Ohio Misc.2d 24, 2010-Ohio-3055, has been published by the Ohio Supreme Court and will appear in the Ohio Miscellaneous Reports.
