Judge Collier's Criminal Docket for March 14, 2011

The following people appeared in Judge Collier's court on March 14, 2011:

Charles Dennison, 42, of Third Street in Wadsworth, was sentenced to five years in prison on one count of Failure to Comply with a Police Officer, a third-degree felony. His driver’s license was suspended for life.

Cory Ferguson, 20, of Garfield Avenue in Brunswick, was sentenced to two years of community control sanctions on one count of Assault on a Corrections Officer, a fourth-degree felony.

Kevin Hildebrand, 39, of Vine Street in Sandusky, was sentenced to eight months in prison for a probation violation on an original charge of Forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

Bobby White, 52, of Fenn Road in Medina, was sentenced to one year in prison on one count of Domestic Violence, a third-degree felony.

Reginald Williams, 31, of Drexel Avenue in Cleveland, was sentenced to six months in prison on one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a fourth-degree felony.

David Clouser, 30, of State Road in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of Domestic Violence, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 16.

Douglas Cook, 23, of Watrusa Avenue in Wadsworth, pleaded no contest to one count of Burglary, a third-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for April 25.

Matthew Dalgleish, 35, of Abbeyville Road in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of Burglary, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 9.

James Hostetler Jr., of Ruff Road in West Salem, pleaded not guilty to one count of Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a second-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 18.

Camilla Malone, 55, of Delhia Avenue in Akron, pleaded guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Drugs, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. Sentencing is scheduled for April 25.

Gerald Massie, 33, of Dutt Road in Norton, pleaded not guilty to one count of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs of Alcohol, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 23.

Matthew Miller, 41, of County Road 1100 in West Salem, pleaded not guilty to the following charges: one count of Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a second-degree felony; one count of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of Possession of Drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for June 15.

Joshua Mynatt, 22, of Park Fulton Oval in Cleveland, pleaded not guilty to one count of Trafficking in Crack Cocaine, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 23.

Samuel Page, 36, of Park Street in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 25.

Tamara Srock, 23, of Eastview Avenue in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of Burglary, a second-degree felony, and one count of Possession of Criminal Tools, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 18.

Alexander Watson, 36, of Branch Road in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of Domestic Violence, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 16.
