Medina County Prosecutor Dean Holman reports that the following people appeared in Judge Kimbler's court on March 11, 2010, for criminal cases:
Christopher Bates, 24, of Bronson Street in Medina, was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions on one count of Domestic Violence, a fourth-degree felony.
Heather Keener, 33, of Collier Road in Doylestown, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of Forgery, a fifth-degree felony.
Brendan Walsh, 19, of Laurel Road in Brunswick, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of Trafficking in Marijuana, a fifth-degree felony.
Susan Farr, 54, of Raven Place in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of Possession of Drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 11.
Christopher Hahn, 19, of First Street in Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to eight counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance. Seven of those counts are second-degree felonies; the remaining count is a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 10.
Robert Krumwiede, 20, of Crestwood Avenue in Wadsworth, pleaded no contest to one count of Possession of Cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for April 22.
Billy Lafferty, 29, of Liberty Street in Spencer, pleaded guilty to the following charges: one count of Safecracking, a fourth-degree felony; one count of Theft, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of Possession of Criminal Tools, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for April 22.
Lavinia Pierce-Rives, 42, of East 43rd Street in Cleveland, pleaded not guilty to one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a Motor Vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 10.
Ashley Tucker, 22, of Woodbury Drive in Akron, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft of Credit Cards, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 11.
