Medina County Chief Probation Officer Veronica Perry reports that the following defendants were in front of Judge James Kimbler on January 27, 2011 for violating conditions of their supervision:
John Mattice in Case No. 07CR0427 had his probation violation hearing continued until a later date. He was released on his own recognizance.
James Paletta in Case No. 09CR0095 had his probation violation hearing continued until a later date. He remains in custody at the Medina County Jail.
Timothy Fueglein in Case No. 09CR0471 admitted to violating the conditions of his supervision. He was given 30 days in jail with credit for 15 days served; he was ordered to be accessed by the probation department's in-house counselor; his supervision was continued; and his court costs were waived.
Teresa Green in Case No. 08CR0166 admitted to violating the conditions of the intervention in lieu of conviction program. Judge Kimbler entered a finding of guilty and sentenced her to non-residential community control sanctions. The sanctions include three years of supervision by the Probation Department; complete treatment at the Wayne County Counseling Center; complete current counseling with the department's in-house counselor; attend AA and/or NA meetings weekly; do 24 hours of community service; and undergo random drug testing. Her license was suspended for six months.
Gregory Tumbiola in Case No. 07CR0399 entered a plea of denial to violating his supervision by committing a new offense. The hearing on this violation will be conducted after his new case is concluded.
Aramis Fletcher in Case No. 09CR0452 entered a plea of denial and her violation will be set down for hearing at a later date.
