Judge Collier's Ohio Supreme Court Report for February, 2010

In February, Judge Collier had 114 cases assigned to his docket. Combined with the 734 cases that he had pending at the beginning of the month, plus the ten cases that were reactivated or transferred to his docket, this meant that Judge Collier was responsible for handling 858 cases during February.

Of the cases assigned in March, “Other Civil” was the biggest category with 46 new cases. That category was followed by “Foreclosures”, which had 39 new cases. “Criminal” rounded out the top three categories with 18 new cases.

During the month, Judge Collier disposed of 118 cases. The top three categories for disposed cases was the same as the top three categories for new cases, but the top two were different. In the cases that were disposed, “Foreclosures” was the biggest category with 41 cases, followed by “Other Civil” with 38 cases. Again rounding out the top three categories was “Criminal” with 31 disposed cases. At the end of February Judge Collier had 740 cases assigned to his docket.
