Judge Kimbler's Criminal Docket for July 29, 2011

The following people appeared in court July 29:

Stephanie Gasser, 27, of Greenwich Road in Seville, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions, with a period of time in a Community Based Corrections Facility, on one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a fourth-degree felony.

Roger Graham, 32, of Avon Lake Road in Lodi, was sentenced to one year in prison on one count of Endangering Children, a third-degree felony.

David Huff, 30, of Avon Lake Road in Lodi, was sentenced to one years of community control sanctions, with 180 days in jail, on one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Jordan Moore, 20, of Victoria Circle in Medina, was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions, with 180 days in jail, on six counts of Pandering Sexual Matter Involving a Minor, all of which are fourth-degree felonies.

Dale Prater, 38, of Whychwood Drive in Akron, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three years in prison on one count of Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a third-degree felony. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Crystal Adkins, 25, of Garman Road in Burbank, pleaded not guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Marijuana, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for September 28.

John Alden, 18, of South Harmony Street in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of Possession of Cocaine, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 26.

Carlos Alexander, 21, of Florida, pleaded not guilty to one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 26.

Adonis Bell, 31, of Harding Street in Medina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, both of which are third-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for September 26.

Robert Blazek, 21, of Sharon Copley Road in Medina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Marijuana, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A forfeiture specification is attached to one of the charges. A jury trial is scheduled for September 26.

Kristofer Buterbaugh, 22, of Lodi Road in Lodi, pleaded not guilty to one count of Trafficking in Oxycodone, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 26.

Jeffrey Colen, 45, of Bedrock Court in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to two counts of Deception to Obtain a Dangerous Drug, one of which is a fourth-degree felony and one of which is a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 26.

Andrew Gollini, 19, of Royalton Road in Strongsville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Marijuana, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for October 9.

Joseph Malcom, 20, of El Camino Boulevard in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of Trafficking in Marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for October 4.

Terrance McCray, 27, of Florida, pleaded not guilty to one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a fourth-degree felony and one count of Forgery, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 28.

Michael Petruska, 51, of Laurel Road in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft of a Check, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 28.

Wayne Roper, 19, of Warren, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft of a Firearm, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for September 27.
