Medina County Prosecutor Dean Holman reports that the following defendants appeared in Judge Collier's courtroom on Monday, January 31, 2011 for arraignments:
Harold Brickles II, 33, of Miner Road in Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of Passing Bad Checks, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 2.
Jackie Davis, 29, of Shannon Avenue in Barberton, pleaded not guilty to one count of Possession of Drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 18.
Charles Dennison, 42, of Third Street in Wadsworth, pleaded no contest to one count of Failure to Comply with a Police Officer, a third-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for March 14.
Jermaine Jackson, 39, of Woodhill Road in Cleveland, pleaded not guilty to one count of Trafficking in Cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 16.
Raymond Maze, 39, of Pearl Road in Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of Domestic Violence, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 13.
Jess Morgan, 32, of Lodi Road in West Salem, pleaded not guilty to four counts of Robbery, two of which are second-degree felonies and two of which are third-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for April 11.
Jean Patton, 46, of Country Club Boulevard in North Olmsted, pleaded not guilty to one count of Violation of a Protection Order, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 2.
Charles Spurlock, 49, of East River Road in Columbia Station, pleaded not guilty to one count of Rape, a first-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 11.
David Tresidder, 26, of South Hawkins Road in Akron, pleaded not guilty to one count of Theft, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 25.
Elijah White, 30, of Township Road 150 in Sullivan, pleaded not guilty to one count of Possession of Marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 9.
